Return & Exchange
VogueRegion strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging.
You must contact us at service@vogueregion.com prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.

Order Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at service@vogueregion.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Exchange
We will accept exchanges for a wrong style, size or color. You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a full or partial refund once we have received your returned items .The refund will be sent to your shopping Paypal account, you will receive it within 48 hours.Please contact our customer support before sending the products back.

How should I make a return?

Submitting return request by dropping an email.
Our customer service will communicate with you in the email, please pay attention to the reply. (Usually will reply within one working day)
Please return through your local post office to avoid tax when it arrives in our country.
Please send us tracking info after you return, which is quite important. Without return info, there will be no refund.
Refund will be released within 5 working days after we receive the package.

4. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
