Order Cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at service@vogueregion.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped

If you are not satisfied with the purchased items, please feel free to contact us to fill the return form and keep in touch with us via email service@vogueregion.com. Please read the SIZE CHART carefully before you purchase，If you purchase the bigger unsuitable size, you will not be able to enjoy our unconditional return policy. But if you read the SIZE CHART, we believe you will get suitable items. Our photos are 100% in-kind shooting, due to the difference in lighting, height and body shape, we can't guarantee that everyone will be exactly as same as the model photo after you wear it. Therefore, we do not accept the return because the individual wears effect differently with the model photo. Promotional, gifts and defaced items are non-returnable merchandise. Free, flash sale and clearance items don’t join any after sales (include return, exchange, refund and so on). Please read the relevant return policy below.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

Vogueregion.com diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not get return or exchange.
